BFA (Pvt) Limited is one of the oldest Companies of evaluators & surveyors in the country established on 22nd August 1951. We are registered with PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) as a Consulting Engineering Company for its Project Code 1035 (Surveying, Valuation & Loss Assessment) and enlisted with PBA (Pakistan Banks Association) on its Panel I & II under Prudential Regulations VII/NBFI of Rules of Business 14 of SBP. We are also enlisted on the Panel of evaluators of LAP (Leasing Association of Pakistan).
At present we have our branch offices at Islamabad, Faisalabad, Karachi, Quetta & Mirpur (AJK).
We keep ourselves abreast of the modern techniques & methods pertaining to the construction industry and its associated cost. We have decades old experience of evaluating all types of agricultural, residential, commercial & industrial land & building including high rise residential & commercial properties & industrial projects. Our technical team has a diverse experience of evaluating a number of medium & large scale infrastructure projects for our valued clients pertaining to the highways & transportation sectors. These include motorways, highways, urban roads, rural roads, grade separated interchanges, bridges & flyovers, underpasses & tunnels etc.
